Our team came from Sanda Kan Industrial Ltd, we are a group of well experienced engineers and technicians specific in model train production.  I would like to introduce our factory, it would be interested for you.

Experienced management team and sophisticated workers
Our management team, including the tool makers, designer, engineer and QA has worked in model train industry for more than 10 years, most of them have worked for more than 15 years. We understand very well what is a good model train and what customer want. Our communication cost is very low

One station service
We have our own motor department and tooling department. Our motor department produce high quality 5-poles motor for HO, OO and N scale loco. Good motor ensures good running performance. We have our own tooling department, our tooling makers are well experienced for model train molds. As you know, there is very few in-house tooling workshops for model train manufacturers nowadays in China. All the injection, printing, spraying and assembly are done inside our factory, which is critical for consistent quality and quality control

Fast and on time delivery
Due to own tooling workshops and every production are done by one factory, we can develop a new item very fast. In general, when the final drawing is approved by customer, engineer and tooling workshop, we can deliver a passenger car within 12 months and a diesel loco within 15 months, from tooling to delivery. To shorten the development time, we will spend lots of time to review the drawing before tooling start. We will only submit 2 times sample for the whole project. One is first samples, another is the decoration samples with all the modification done after first sample. Production plan is extremely important in our factory, we follow the production plan strictly in order to utilize the maximum production capacity of each department.
